The old border crossing into Austria is no longer manned (I guess they are busy giving traffic tickets in Prague) ..it is amazing how the scenery changes instantly between Czech and Austria. You go from drab, shabby, overgrown, worn down to picturesque, lush, beautiful. Similarly my mood improved instantly and we were "on the road again..."
