Turns out it was graduation day, high school graduation! Couldn't tell it from the champagne corks popping and the cigars being passed around. The students and proud parents paraded through town (students wearing sailors caps). Three farm trucks (floats of sort awaited them in the town square and they boarded according to their school. The first truck had speakers that blared American rock music and the Economic graduates (both males and females, party animals as seen in the photo). The second float held the natural science graduates (nerds almost entirely male) and the third float held the social sciences graduates (almost entirely female).
